Felicia  N. Ugwu  is a Librarian II staff of Nnamdi Azikiwe Library, University of Nigeria, Nsukka currently working in the circulation section of the library. She holds B. Sc and Masters degree in Library and Information Science with Ph.D in progress all in the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.  She is a chattered Librarian of Nigeria (CLN) and has attended many conferences, workshops and seminars. She has published papers in both local and international highly rated impact factor journals. Her proficiency in the application of information and communications technology in library services is quite commendable. As a team player, she is currently participating in the on-going project of populating the library’s On-line Public Access Catalog (OPAC) and creating the institutional repository of the university’s local content. She also participates in the teaching of the course ‘Use of the library and study skills’.

She delights in honesty, sincere commitments to duties, diligence at work and respect to library clients .
