Mrs Victoria was born on 23rd July, 1960. She hails from Emekukwu in Owerri North, Imo State, Nigeria. She is happily married with seven children. Mrs Onyeukwu attended Central School, Nsukka as far back as 1974 and holds a Diploma in Library and Information Science, a Barchelor’s Degree in Adult Education (2010). Her official duties are:
(1) Shift duty
(2) Shelf and shelf reading
(3) Clearing of retired staff
(4) Assisting both students and staff on how to locate materials
(5) In charge of statistics in serials section
(6) Directing and answering queries from clearing students
(7) Any other job assigned by serials librarian
