  • Oversee the general administration of the Digital Library Division
  • Management and maintenance of special IT projects
  • Developing policy framework for harvesting and management of electronic resources (in all formats) for domestication in the Library.
  • Maintain a bi-weekly statistics of services rendered in the Division

Electronic-Resources Management/Web Presence Section

  • Development and management of Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) for the library
  • Management and maintenance of electronic information resources
  • Management and administration of electronic databases for the library
  • Development and Administration of electronic learning spaces/on-line groups for the library
  • Assisting library users in electronic information resources search in the library
  • Maintain and constantly updates the library website
  • Constantly populate library websites with activities
  • Train and guide users on the skills of navigation of various electronic portals on-line.
  • Compile a weekly statistics of services rendered in the Section

Institutional Repository Section

  • Management and supervision of all digitization projects in the library
  • Populating the library’s institutional repository
  • Administration of the library’s institutional repository project
  • Runs and produce reports of turnitin checks on users research works
  • Compile a weekly statistics of services rendered in the Section
