- DUL Branch and Special Libraries
- Liaise with the faculties in respect of their library needs
- Monitor and receive information on accreditation and resource verification
- Plan and develop training needs of the faculties for effective library use
- Develop and advice on policy issues as it relate to the administration of faculty libraries
- Monitor the organisation of seminar, workshops and conferences by the faculties with the view of advising on procurement of proceedings of the conference for the library.
- Maintain a bi-weekly statistics of services rendered in the Division
Faculty/Branch Libraries
- Relate with the Dean of faculty on the day to day needs and challenges of the faculty library
- Report promptly to the University Librarian through the Divisional Head on action needs to maintain a vibrant faculty Library
- Liaise with the Dean to develop a viable programme for acquisition of students (undergraduates) projects in the library
- Compile a weekly statistics of services rendered in the Section
