Dr Promise Ifeoma Ilo is presently the University Librarian, University of Nigeria Nsukka. Prior to her appointment, she served as the University Librarian, Covenant University Ota and PAMO University of Medical Sciences respectively. Dr Ifeoma Ilo holds a PhD (2017), Masters and B,A in Library and Information Science from the University of Nigeria Nsukka. She holds the ALCTS award for librarians from developing countries. Dr Ilo was the best graduating student, Dept. of Library and Information Science as well as the best graduating student, School of Education, College of Education, Eha Amufu(1989).Dr Ilo has published widely in local and international journals. She is an Executive Member of the Association of University Librarians of Nigerian Universities (AULNU ). She isa member of the TETfund Theses Digitization Steering Committee.
