Emmanuel was born on the 14^th Of September 1974 in Imo state, Nigeria. He has a BSc(Ed) and (MLS) Degree in Library and Information Science and is currently pursuing a Doctorate Degree (PhD) in the same field. He is interested in IT related software application in Libraries, e-libraries, Digital libraries and Advanced Cataloguing. He has up to 14 years post qualification cognate experience. Emmanuel has published over 12 Articles in reputable Library and Information Science Journals nationally and internationally including a Book Chapter. He is presently contributing to library Education and Scholarship by teaching at the undergraduate and Post graduate levels. He is hardworking, results-driven, decisive, proactive and resilient. In addition, he has high personal standards which he often brings to bear on the work and workforce.  He is generous, people oriented and very friendly. His hobbies are watching movies, sports programs and listening to music.
