Orsu is an Academic Librarian of Nnamdi Azikiwe Library, University of Nigeria, Nsukka. She obtained her first Degree in Library and Information Science/Economics in June, (2013) and Master Degree in Library and Information Science in September, (2019) both from the Department of Library and Information Science, University of Nigeria, Nsukka. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in the same Department and School. She is an active member of the Nigerian Library Association (NLA), she is the current public relation officer (PRO) of Nigerian Library Association-Enugu State chapter (2021 till date). She is also a member of Academic and Research Library Section (ARLS) and Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU). Nkem Orsu is hardworking, results-driven, decisive, proactive and resilient. In addition, she has high personal standards which she often brings to the workforce. She is gregarious, people-oriented, and very warm. Her hobbies include reading, writing, and listening to music.
